Delina Gonzalez is a mom of four, a strength and conditioning coach, holistic nutritionist, and women’s health coach dedicated to helping women in tech thrive, physically, mentally, and emotionally. She specializes in creating sustainable strength, mobility, and nutrition programs designed for busy professionals who spend long hours behind a screen.
Through short, effective 20-minute online workouts and holistic nutrition guidance, Delina helps women boost energy, reduce stress, and build confidence without sacrificing their careers or personal lives. Her mission is to redefine how women approach well-being, showing that success and self-care aren’t competing priorities, but elements that work best when integrated seamlessly into daily life.
